Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for an experienced Financial Sales Representative to join a large, publicly-traded banking organization in Pennsylvania. This growing organization has been around for over 100 years and provides a very stable organization in which to grow and succeed. The company provides an excellent compensation structure with the opportunity to earn six figures along with a strong benefit package.

The Financial Advisor will have the opportunity to work directly with retail clients and help individuals with their investment needs. Reaching out to retail customers and prospecting thru various avenues will be needed to succeed. Responsibilities include: cold calling, prospecting, meeting with new & existing clients, and closing sales.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree plus 3 or more years of advisory & sales experience in a brokerage, banking, or wire house environment is needed for the position. Series 6/7 and 63 licenses are required for the position. Life & Health Insurance Licenses are a strong plus. Individuals must have success within a sales environment and have strong communication/presentation skills. Exceeding sales goals within these finance arenas is required.
