Financial Services Company in Need of a Motivated Contracts Specialist

Job Description

Looking for an opportunity to be a key contributor on a very important project? Our client, a well-known financial services company located in Richmond, Virginia, currently has a six-month contract opportunity as a Contracts Specialist. Work with a purpose as you perform contract reviews and remediation and contract negotiations.  You will also be asked to partner with internal customers to identify contract opportunities!

 

Ideal candidates will have superior communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be asked to build and maintain internal and external relationships. The ability to prioritize multiple tasks is a must. Strong analytical skills are also critical to the success you achieve in this role.  Additionally, you will have the ability to generate and implement new ideas.  Procurement, strategic sourcing and contract management experience a plus!  Advanced certificates or degrees are also welcome (Paralegal certificates or JDs in particular).
