Financial Services Coordinator

About the Job

Health Integrity, LLC, awholly owned subsidiary of Quality Health Strategies, is responsible for performing benefit integrity tasks for CMS related to multiple Medicare and Medicaid contracts by monitoring complaints and initiating fraud investigations for referral to the Office of Inspector General (OIG) as well as supporting cases with data, medical and pharmaceutical experience, audits, training and investigative expertise.   We are currently seeking a Financial Services Coordinator for our Easton, MD office.

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

 

The Financial Services Coordinator reads, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following: Work with Business Unit Leaders to provide financial and business analysis support 

  • Support all aspects of contracts from proposal development through close out 
  • Prepare cost proposals, monthly projections, budgeting for contracts, and contract lifecycle
  • Development and monitoring of monthly contract projections relating to existing contractual activities to ensure contractual compliance 
  • Work with contract managers to develop full contract cost/spending analysis for the full life on the contract  

Skills    

  • Working knowledge of Excel required; DelTek a plus 
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, analytics, operations, statements, and cost/price analysis 
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible business and/or government contracting/cost accounting experience required OR equivalent combination of education and experience
