Assume responsibility for directing and coordinating all administrative functions of the financial services team.
Lead, supervise, train, and motivate a successful financial services team.
Provide financial planning packages for new and current students - including review of FAFSA process and NSLDS review.
Be a contributing member of the Campus Management Team.
Create a customer-focused financial services team.
Conduct one-on-one interviews with prospective and current students to assess their financial situation.
Develop a strong working relationship with the admissions team.

Minimum Requirements:

College degree in finance, business, or related field. Degree must be from an accredited institution recognized by the US Department of Education.
At least 2 years of successful financial services experience, preferably in proprietary education or mortgage lending.
Prior management experience.
Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
