    We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated finance and accounting professionals with some of the following experience:

    • 8 - 16 years of investment partnership tax experience working with hedge fund, private equity fund, mutual fund, exchange fund or real estate fund

    • In-depth understanding of alternative investment structures, including partnerships and corporations, and the various accounting and tax issues associated with them

    • Experience with partnership tax income allocations

    • Experience with tax reporting including partnership and corporate returns, K-1s and attached schedules, PFIC and ECI issues

    • Familiarity with investment products and financial instruments. Strong knowledge of securities tax issues including constructive sales, wash sales, straddles, OID, market discount etc.

    • Big 4 and/or Fortune 500 experience is a plus

    • CPA or MS Taxation preferred


    Professional Qualifications:

    Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills; attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and demonstrate a sense of urgency. Ability to adapt to new environments quickly and create improved efficiency.
