Key Role:
Assist the Veterans Affairs (VA) with overseeing a large, complex public sector ERP financial implementation. Review the implementer's deliverables and artifacts for technical accuracy, industry best practices, compliance with guidelines, and meeting the program's cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Provide SME guidance and coordination to help ensure the implementer's deliverables meet program objectives. Develop high-quality deliverables in a short-turn around time, including risk assessments, whitepapers, technical reviews, presentations, action item tracking, and meeting minutes. Work collaboratively with others onsite and with the VA FLITE Program Office to oversee requirements and process implementations and to assist with executing various implementation activities. This position is located in Austin, TX.

Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with IT systems analysis, requirements, integration, data conversation, and migration
-Experience with implementing ERP financial implementations, including CGI Momentum
-Experience in working with legacy federal financial systems, federal financial management processes, and ERP systems
-Experience with working in a professional consulting organization, including interacting with clients, the federal government, and outside contractors 
-Knowledge of how federal transactions work, how financial systems interact across numerous data sources, and how to configure systems to meet requirements while minimizing cost
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
 
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Program Management Organization (PMO) and oversight responsibilities
-Experience with project management
-Knowledge of the Department of Veterans Affairs
-Knowledge of industry best practices, data migration and conversation, integration, and financial processes
-Knowledge of IT systems architecture, technologies, and tools
-Ability to grasp interrelationships between financial management requirements and ERP solutions considering the current systems environment and the integration and data conversion of other systems
-Ability to be a self-starter and strong leader that has high individual productivity and contributions in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds, changing requirements, and weekly deliverables
-Ability to proactively identify, translate, and communicate technical issues and resolution strategies to a non-technical audience and communicate at the executive level
-Ability to be organized
-Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) Certification
