We are currently looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to join our Finance team! This position will be responsible for the following:
-Provide end user support for PeopleSoft financial applications including new user setup, user setup maintenance, and online user assistance;
-Provide setup and maintenance for PeopleSoft General Ledger chartfields and Trees.
-Create nVision reports and PeopleSoft queries as requested;
-Communicate enhancements and process changes to end-users;
-Promote usage of PeopleSoft Financial applications in a manner that provides timely and accurate reporting and reduces close time at month-end;
-Essbase Plus ver. 11+ on Unix/Linux
-Aggregate Storage and Block Storage Essbase Applications
-Creating and maintaining allocation calculations including multi-currency.
-Extensive Calc and Maxl Script experience
-Performance Tuning DB and Calc Scripts.
-Excel VBA coding - Customizing Essbase Excel add-in / reporting/ end user interface
-Multiple Dimension with Multiple Hierarchies per dimension
-Experience integrating PeopleSoft and Essbase including pushing data back into
-International Essbase Usage with exchange rate currency database
-Essbase Security and Filtering
-Essbase Backup/Restore and Disaster Recovery Planning
-Pearl/Shell Script Language
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ Years with PeopleSoft Financial Systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Ability to problem solve;
- Ability to ensure system controls compliance
