Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day support of the Lawson financial, Procurement, Asset Management, Project Accounting, and Imaging system as it pertains to shared services. Position will provide support to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the systems, including maintenance, upgrades, user support and training.

1. | Assist the in providing application support to the Lawson and Imaging systems.

2. | Assist with the Lawson and Imaging system set-up to support ongoing organizational changes.

3. | Support organization of user documentation. |

4. | Backup for monthly sub-system close of the Lawson systems. |

5. | Ensure compliance with Company policy and procedures. |

6. | Monitoring system activities to identify and correct problem conditions before operations are affected. Effectively communicate areas of concern and opportunities for improvement to key stakeholders.

7. | Assist in day to day support issues including user access, trouble shooting of end user issues for Lawson and Imaging systems.

8. | Ad hoc reporting |

9. | Assist in other areas such as development of project tasks, application troubleshooting, end user hotline support, and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
Knowledge:
a) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology or Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience required.
b) Five to Ten years of solid experience in a similar role analyzing business needs.
c) Experience with Lawson Applications preferred.
d) Five to seven additional years in industry experience.
Skills:
a) Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and technical skills.
b) Project experience and/or experience in a supervisory role strongly desired.
c) Superior project management, organization, prioritization, problem solving and self-motivation skills.
d) Strong computer skills. MS Office Suite.
Abilities:
a) Ability to interact effectively as either a leader or as a member of a team and work collaboratively with other departments.
b) Ability to listen to customers (e.g. staff, etc.) and to understand and respond positively to their requests.
c) Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities.
d) Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
e) Ability to work independently without close supervision and manage priorities
f) Abilities in interpersonal communications and problem solving.
