Local financial advisory firm is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. The position is responsible for all service, operational, and administrative functions including compliance, trading, new account processing, account transfers, commission processing, and staff training and supervision.
The ability to professionally interact with clients is a must. The position requires expertise with financial office systems, processes, and workflows. Excellent knowledge of securities rules and regulations. FINRA Series 7 and 24 required.
