We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic FINE DINING SERVERS, HOSTS AND BUSSERS for our food and beverage operations at the New Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino in Chandler, AZ.
Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within fine dining. Demonstrated high level of guest service skills and interaction. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Ability to work a variable work schedule (including evenings and weekends, as required), depending upon event and business requirements. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to project a professional manner and appearance, and communicate effectively with clients, staff and the general public. 1-2 years experience in a fine dining or steakhouse environment. Valid Food Handler’s certificate if required by state and/or county of venue. Valid Alcohol Service Permit if required by state and/or county of venue. All employees must obtain a valid gaming license from the State Gaming Agency and Tribal Gaming Office prior to beginning work and are required to have license renewed annually.
