Fire Alarm Technician
Job Description
In this position you will service, troubleshoot, and install a wide variety fire alarm products and systems. You will work closely with the Service A&D dispatcher/coordinator for the electronics business. You will be responsible for taking care of the calls given and paperwork necessary for the completion of your duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex.
· Be timely in your attendance at work and for on-call duties.
· Perform a wide variety of duties including attending training classes when available.
· Backup other technicians for overflow calls
· Keep track, and turn in all reports for projects.
· Process and compile reports for weekly business and productivity
· Assist customers with any and all questions and or concerns while on the job.
