Keller Fire & Safety, a provider of the highest quality fire safety products and services, has an opening in our Springfield, Missouri office for a Fire & Security Sales Representative to develop fire and security business in the local markets. This position will be responsible for working with Building Owners, General Contractors, Electricians, Architects/Engineers, and Consultants.    

The requirements for this position include:

• Fire Alarm/Low Voltage Sales experience
  
• High initiative and strong attention to detail
  
• Demonstrated ability to influence the Fire & Security market at key levels
  
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to multi-task
  
• Knowledge of the construction market in Springfield and the surrounding area
  
• Knowledge of NFPA, IBC, IFC and local building codes
  
• Ability to provide written costs estimates, supporting narrative justifications, and proposals as necessary
  
• Strong project management skills
  
• Effective and proven relationship building skills
  
• Strong computer skills
  
• Ability to travel 25% of the time in the southwest Missouri market.
