Fire Service Technician - Portable and Pre - Engineered

Cintas Fire Protection works to ensure that we service and install fire safety equipment to NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) standards.  Cintas Fire Protection provides a complete fire protection solution for our customers by selling, servicing and installing:  fire extinguishers, kitchen suppression systems, alarm and sprinkler systems and clean agent, vehicle and industrial suppression systems.  Cintas Fire Protection also performs emergency and exit lighting service, on-site training and instruction of fire extinguisher usage and 24-hour fire alarm system monitoring.   Cintas Fire Protection is continually evaluating what else we can do to assist employers in creating a safer, more Code compliant work environment. 

Cintas is currently seeking a Fire Service Technician - Portable and Pre-Engineered for our First Aid and Safety Division. This position requires the ability to sell and promote our products and services while servicing established customers on a scheduled basis. Job duties include conducting service calls, systems testing and inspections to the prescribed standards, performing on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs of our customers fire protection equipment, identifying code issues and non-conformance issues, and preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports.

• Valid Drivers License
• HS diploma/ GED
• Fire licenses may be required based on state or local regulations
• Fire certifications preferred
• Ability to be available to work on-call when scheduled
