Sourcing Manager

Additional duties include: being responsible for managing a large base of suppliers across a nationwide geography. The SM will work to identify emerging opportunities and translates them into strategies and action plans. Responsible for cost and price analysis, supply chain governance, as well as, proactively acquiring and maintaining technical knowledge of the commodity/industry and sharing and applying this knowledge regularly. Creates detailed project plans and produces required financial analysis to execute sourcing initiatives. Accountable for meeting/exceeding annual cost savings targets in addition to any related service and responsiveness improvements.

Demonstrated experience and leadership in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management (8 years) or Human Resources (5 years). Prior Labor sourcing experience strongly preferred. Strong process and communication skills. Experience in business negotiations and people management. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. MBA preferred

·         4 resources with sourcing/negotiation experience

o    1 band-4 equivalent with more demonstrated sourcing/negotiation experience

o    3 band-5 equivalents with sourcing experience; at least 1 should have strong proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools

o    All should have basic understanding of Ariba

These roles will not purely be supporting 3^rd party labor sourcing. The sourcing roles will cross GHR categories, Enterprise Services (e.g. print) and what the bank calls Operation Supplies & Services Sourcing (e.g. office supplies, etc.
