Associate will be responsible for proactively maintaining client data for the organization which supports various lines of business. Associate will support the establishment of new clients and manage hierarchy structures and other attributes critical for client identification and downstream reporting such as profitability, credit exposure, country exposure, regulatory reporting and officer scorecards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, researching systems as well as external websites to gather and validate client information, providing business partner support and participating in data remediation projects to help maintain data integrity.
Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and web-based tools is required. Associate must be self-motivated, work well in a team environment and possess the ability to work well under tight deadlines. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and research skills are a must.
Must work well with minimal direction, be a quick learner, adapt well to change, possess an excellent work ethic and attendance record. Prior experience in investigations and problem solving is highly desirable.
