Our client, a financial institution in downtown Chicago, is seeking a knowledgeable First Line Support Analyst to work on the Global Support Desk.
As a First Line Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting various components in this challenging role and after 3 months working in this environment you’ll be an important member of GSD and be able to support a wide range of software running on a variety of platforms.
Ideally candidates will have a good understanding of electronic derivatives trading, exchange connectivity and risk management.
The position will require covering from 09:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday at present although this may be subject to change at a later date.
