This position receives incoming calls, confirms coverage, conducts initial investigation, performs data entry and begins the claims handling process. This position also negotiates and settles retained claims.
Job Requirements: 1 year of work experience employing analytical and customer service skills in a fast paced environment. Candidates should have excellent organization, written and oral communication skills with the ability to prioritize and handle conflict in a professional manner. Good computer skills with typing speed of 25 WPM required. Must be able to work varied shifts.
