The Management team will have the responsibility to direct and motivate their team in the areas of sales generation, store operations and personnel management in order to ensure maximum profitability and productivity within each store location.

Job Responsibilities:
• Sales results
• Recruiting, hiring and training
• Shrink results
• Inventory control
• Merchandising
• Service standards
• Creating and maintaining a team environment

Minimum Requirements:
• MINIMUM 3 years of retail management experience
• Must be able to lift at least 20lbs.
• Must be able to stand on feet for 8-9 hours a day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and travel as required
