Outstanding opportunity for an individual with a particular interest in securities operations and investment management!  The Fixed Income Operations Analyst will support various departments by providing accurate and timely reconciliation of holdings and transactions; assist in the trade settlement process and processing of corporate actions; monitor daily cash flow; and respond to internal and external inquiries regarding available cash flow.  Additionally, you will maintain relationships with outside vendors to maximize quality of service; act as a liaison between departments to maintain internal relationships and communication; and use the portfolio accounting system to input and verify cash transactions.  The qualified Fixed Income Operations Analyst must have a Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of fixed income investment operations experience; superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with strong math skills; strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Lotus Notes, and Internet Explorer; and you must demonstrate knowledge of fixed income and/or equity securities.  The ideal candidate will exhibit the ability to learn quickly and work effectively with others, and will display initiative and a proactive work ethic!!  Interested and qualified candidates, please submit resumes, with reference to job code: F35167ASM, to amccourt@beaconhillstaffing.com .
