Project overview: 

Build a business partner Flash experience that will reside within SharePoint

Heavy emphasis on visual appeal and creating an optimal customer experience for navigation and information retrieval

Heavy data integration that will include both reading and writing to multiple data sources (SQL & XML)

Front-end form creation - users will be used responsible for adding/editing content going forward

 Skills needed:

Experience in design work using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop

• Be able to take mock-ups and enhance the graphical look and feel
• Strong knowledge around navigation and customer experience
• Expert in ActionScript
• Heavy data integration (read/write from SQL Server/XML)
• Form building

Bonus skills:

The following skills are not necessary for the position but will be very useful on the project:

Knowledge around SOA

• Marketing
• Technical writing
