Press Department Operators and Managers needed immediately who will provide leadership for the  Wide Web Flexo Press Department at our various plants.

This position oversees the day-to-day operations of a flexo wide-web printing press up to 64" and platen die cutting equipment.

The selected employee will be accountable for continuous improvement in process control, product quality and press utilization.

Successful management candidates will assess the performance and training of operating personnel, determine areas for improvement and provide training and development.

Successful management candidates will analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure safe and efficient operation of the department.

MUST HAVE experience in  wide-format flexographic printing and  platen die cutting

Technical and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated supervisory and project management skills.

Demonstrated ability to facilitate process improvement teams.

Strong communication skills

Proven ability to prioritize work load.
