Fluids Manager Relief Assistant
About the Job
Ensures the Fluids Plant is operating properly and oversees control of all incoming and outgoing product, including plant equipment.
Balances inventories of sweet cream, micro-filtration and raw whey product daily.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy or equivalent education
2) 8+ years supervisory experience preferred
3) 2+ years operator experience
4) Strong communication skills
5) Knowledge of Word, Excel and Maximo
6) Basic knowledge of Algebra & Geometry
7) HTST and sampling licenses
