Develop Product/Brand/Service strategies in the area of fluoropolymers for Medical and Pharmaceutical that grow the business in both sales and profitability and champion these throughout the organization.
**There is one position available and recruitment for this position is being conducted in the Portage, Wisconsin area as well as the Mickleton, NJ area.**
Qualifications:
Develop Tactical marketing plans for products /services on a regional or global basis and implement them.
Provide analysis/studies/and recommendations to Marketing Manager for use in Strategic Planning, including maintaining profiles of key competitors.
Collaborate with local operations teams to ensure implementation of required capabilities for healthcare applications within Mickleton, NJ, Neuss, Germany, and Garden Grove, CA sites. Lead New Capability/Product Development or Customer Project Team.
Conduct Market Segment Analysis that relate to the products/services assigned to provide target accounts and new business opportunities.
Design and develop marketing materials and sales training materials to support the product line.
Design and develop advertising pieces including web based advertising to support the product line. Ensure support materials/web sites are up to date and relevant.
Conduct pricing analysis and develop strategies for market and customer pricing.
Ensure products comply with appropriate industry and government regulations.
