Job Description:


 


KMG seeks a qualified Food & Beverage Assistant Manager who will oversee the restaurant and bar operation ensuring the highest level of guest services. 


 


Essential Functions of this position are as follows:


 



  • Ensuring exceptional guest services is provided.

  • Day to day training of dining room personnel

  • Planning, assigning and directing work

  • Resolving guest problems expediently and in a professional manner

 


Job Requirements Functions of this position are as follows:


 



  • Three plus years in the hospitality/resort/hotel industry as a food and beverage supervisor and/or manager, with an extensive knowledge of food service, and presentation,  specifically from a 4 or 5 Diamond property.

  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively

  • Attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

  • Manage, train, coach, and develop a team

  • Maintain high moral amongst the staff

  • Well-rounded management and operational troubleshoot with excellent problem solving techniques

  • Absolute quality detailed service ethic
