ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present a professional demeanor that communicates a corporate philosophy of service, goodwill, and genuine interest in residents needs.
Hire, train, and supervise staff. Demonstrate knowledge and use of ordering and managing inventory. Event planning and day to day meal preparation and service.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum two (2) years experience in either culinary/chef position or cook supervisory position
Experience managing elderly and their dietary needs
Knowledge of food costs, budget monitoring and forecasting
HACCP or Serve Safe Certification
