Responsible for forecasting product and sales. Project items and sales by key customer. Research trends and economic conditions in the marketplace. Coordinate with marketing department on new product introductions and promotions. Coordinate product with sales managers, review new items and promotions. Analyze point of sale reports. Review customer forecast tools. Review periodic promotions schedule. Review returned or discontinued items. Analyze back order and production issues. Set up various charts. Help with improving the forecast system and process.
5+ years experience preferably out of a consumer packaged goods area. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint, Strong written and verbal communication skills and client communication skills. Project management skills. Analytical person who is a self starter and has strong math skills and research skills
