ParenteBeard's Forensic Accounting & Litigation Services is seeking a Senior Associate to join its team of professionals.
The Senior Associate will conduct and prepare a wide range of forensic financial analyses with minimal assistance. A Senior Associate has a unique job which will require strong analytical, creative, investigative, research, and organizational skills, as well as familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
Under the general supervision of a Manager, The Senior Associate will maintain excellent client relationships by delivering high quality customer service and competently completing client engagements. The Senior Associate may delegate and lead the work of other staff. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Job Requirements:
Successful candidate will be a licensed CPA and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years public accounting or related experience along with a demonstrated record of progressively increasing skill, responsibility and independence. Experience quantifying commercial damages or working on corporate investigations would be a plus. In addition, sound written and verbal communication skills, an ability to work independently or as part of a team and the capacity to appropriately interact with all levels of Firm management and staff, clients and other external business contacts are required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance is required. Individuals in this position must have demonstrated computer skills and experience with accounting software is helpful. Must be flexible to work within multiple firm locations in Northern New Jersey and New York City. A valid driver’s license is required.
