Electrical Engineer – Multiple Locations in FL

We are currently seeking Electrical Engineer with a PE License for our offices throughout the State of FL.  These are both fulltime and temp-perm positions

The ideal individual will be a licensed PE and have proficient experience with Fire Causation, Root Cause Analysis, Expert Witness Testimony, Fieldwork, Accident Reporting, Accident Reconstruction, Graphics, Deposition, etc...  Incumbent must also have vast knowledge of electrical instrumentation and equipment.

Responsibilities will include performing Electrical Evaluations of failed and damaged components to determine the root cause of the failure including lightning damage, electrocutions, electrically related fires, appliance and consumer product failure evaluation, commercial equipment failures, damage evaluation of computer, communication and other technical systems, evaluation and generation of repair cost estimates.

Requirements

* BS/BA Electrical Engineering (Must Have)

* PE License in Florida (Must Have in most cases)

* 10+ years experience

* Experience in power distribution and/or controls required

* Design, manufacturing, installation, or operation of power generation facilities desirable

* Independent judgment; strong analytical skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Computer literacy is a must

* Commitment to outstanding customer service

* Must enjoy field work
