Senior– Instructional Systems Designer with Bachelor’s degree and eight or more years of experience designing web-based or computer-based instruction, full time

·        Very Knowledgeable of ADDIE model of instructional design

·        Develop schedules and work process

·        Able to work with minimal supervision in a small team environment

·        Good communication skills

·        Provide direction to other team members.

·        Provide leadership to deliver products on time

·        Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Project

·        Knowledge of Microsoft Visio

·        Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

·        Knowledge of Section 508 requirements

·        Experience developing authored courseware using Captivate

·        Experience designing courses for the FAA desired but not required.

Intermediate II – Instructional Systems Designer with Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience developing courseware for web-based or computer-based instruction, full time

·        Knowledge of ADDIE model of instructional design

·        Able to work with minimal supervision in a small team environment

·        Good communication skills

·        Organized and able to take direction

·        Able to document and incorporate changes to deliver products on time

·        Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.

·        Skilled in developing authored courseware using Captivate that meet Section 508 requirements

·        Skilled in Microsoft Visio

·        Skilled in Adobe Photoshop

·        Experience developing courseware for the FAA desired but not required.

Intermediate I – Instructional Systems Designer with Bachelor’s degree and three or more years of experience developing courseware for web-based or computer-based instruction, full time – shorter duration or may be part time

·        Familiar with the ADDIE model of instruc.tional design

·        Able to work with minimal supervision in a small team environment

·        Good communication skills

·        Organized and able to take direction

·        Able to document and incorporate changes to deliver products on time

·        Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.

·        Skilled in developing authored courseware using Captivate
