Corporation in Muscle Shoals, Alabama is looking for a qualified individual who will
audit and prepare all freight bills for entire company for payment and
provide reports to Accounting and
Management. This
individual must have a strong
background in traffic related functions with a minimum of 1 year experience in
warehousing and freight related field with verifiable skills in the area of
handling motor
carriers and
processing freight bills. They must be well organized and have good
communication skills, while
being proficient in
Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office, as well as ERP Systems. Strong
mathematical skills are also required.
This individual will work with supervision in scheduling out bound prepaid carriers, maintain records of all errors and record all
accumulative
savings. The job will require performing system transfers to and from main
warehouse to
offsite warehouse, control and
disposition of all paperwork relative to daily warehouse transactions and transmitting all A.S.N.'s for
customers who
require it.
High school diploma required.
