They are in need of a French-Speaking Help Desk Associate for their Support Center. The French-Speaking Help Desk Associate will provide initial support to customers via the telephone, via email or by other means in response to inquiries made directly to their Call Center. Qualifications for the French-Speaking Help Desk Associate include proficiency and fluency in French, excellent customer service skills, the ability to act quickly in response to Help Desk inquiries, previous Call Center / Help Desk / Customer Service experience in a Call Center and Technical Support environment, the ability to assist French-speaking customers, and excellent communication skills. The Help Desk / Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assessing the issue of the caller and providing Level 1 support for problem resolution, documenting information, and resolving and escalating unresolved issues accordingly. Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills are required along with previous experience and fluency in the French language (both oral and written) are also required.
