Laboratory Data Systems is looking for a personable, positive, energetic and self-motivated person to become part of our outstanding service and support organization.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- On-Site and Remote Installation of the AegisPOC Point-of-Care & Critical Connectivity and Information Management System. (As much as 50% travel required, Average 30% travel is required)
- French language support of the AegisPOC system
- Assist in language translation of the AegisPOC system to French
- Instrument Connectivity
- Customer Training
- Special Projects and internal documentation
This position requires:
- Strong interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communications skills, excellent customer interaction skills
- Fluent in French and English
- A proven problem solving approach
Experience with the following is a plus:
- Clinical laboratory, Point-of-Care testing management or Respiratory Therapy / Critical Care testing management experience
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related technical field or relevant experience with Crystal Reports, MS SQL Server, Windows Operating Systems, Networking and Networking Concepts, Network terminal servers, instrument and LIS/HIS interface protcols (HL7, ASTM, POCT1-A), Lab or Clinical Information Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Point-of-Care or Critical Care connectivity and data management systems is a strong plus.
- Experience implementing and/or supporting Laboratory or Clinical information systems is a plus.
