Description:
North Austin Call Center is looking for fluent Japanese or German speaking Technical Support Representatives. Agents will be responsible for handling calls in both English and Japanese or German. You will be supporting calls for e-mail and internet software in which you will utilize superior customer service by providing first contact support to technical issues regarding the use of Filtering, Encryption, and Archive Services. You will be responsible for customer relationships and top customer satisfaction. You must be a quick learner, great listener, articulate, patient, and possess a strong ability to explain a wide range of technological concepts and ideas to customers that vary on different levels of technical knowledge and expertise. At all times you will be required to maintain a proficient, skilled, and pleasant disposition to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Fluent in English and Japanese and/or German

Expert knowledge of Windows XP and related operating systems

Proficient and well versed in MS Exchange, MS Outlook, Active Directory, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)

High technical understanding of internet servers and software

Knowledge of Java and HTML

Expert Customer Service and Satisfaction

Goal and career minded

Accomplished Team player

Call Center experience highly preferred

Microsoft Certifications a plus

German speaking - $14.00 per hour ($10.00 per hour during two week training)

Japanese speaking - $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

MUST BE OK WITH WORKING OVERNIGHT - Shifts will be BEGINNING from 6:00PM to 2:00AM

Interviews will be starting immediately

Start date for position will be November 30, 2009 (11/30/09)
