Enterprise Solutions (ES) supports Crowe personnel on a firmwide level by providing financial services (financial reporting, billing systems and reporting, facilities management) and information services (audit and tax technology, process and solutions engineering, technical services), as well as office operations services on a local, day-to-day basis.

  • Front office services - reception, phones/communication, USPS mail, UPS deliveries and pick ups, courier service, office supply ordering and maintenance, utilization reporting for FWRE, invoice coding and reconciliation.
  • Administrative services –Onyx administration and reporting for firmwide FAS, secondary support for PSS confirms and administration for firmwide FAS, and point of contact for administrative assistance and project work for CH BUs and visitors.
  • Conference services – assist with meeting arrangements, room set up and catering.
  • Alternative officing – assist with daily maintenance of kiosk reader board, workspace reservation confirmations and other aspects of the program.

 

Skill sets required include:

  • Previous front desk and administrative experience with intermediate expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web based applications.
  • Team Player with a highly professional presence and exceptional customer service.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to handle client relationships effectively.
  • Proficient in planning written and verbal communications and excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive, professional attitude and presence, ability to interact professionally and respectively with all levels within the firm.
  • Ability to perform in unique and changing environment; respond effectively to changes and other deadlines; readily accept new ideas and approaches; responds to requests with a sense of urgency and champion efforts related to change management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Process oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively while working on multiple tasks.
  • Solid project management skills and ability to function under pressure of deadlines and client needs.
  • Strong time management and logical thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, work independently, be highly motivated, be extremely accurate, be quality focused, and be able to handle tight multiple deadlines.
  • Capacity to deal effectively and credibly with peers and upper management.
  • Reliable and dependable with an excellent attendance and punctuality record.
  • Overtime required as needed
  • Travel required for training, events and support of Illinois region offices as needed.

 

Minimum Qualifications: (including years of experience preferred):

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in front office and administrative assistance, preferably in a professional services firm environment.
  • College course work in office or business administration or equivalent experience required.
  • Proficient in planning written and verbal communications, excellent competency in grammar skills and attention to detail.
  • This position requires an intermediate level of expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, web-based applications and database usage.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Project, and Adobe a plus.
    • User and maintenance knowledge of printer/copier devices including scan, and fax features.
    • Estimate an annual average of 10% overtime.
