You will be a key player in ensuring that Charles River Development's installed base of clients is optimizing their use of CRD's products.  You will leverage your previous Financial/Software Services background to troubleshoot problems with, and provide solutions for optimize usage of the Charles River Trading and ComplianceMaster systems in widely varying implementations.


 


Responsibilities:



  • Provide financial consultancy to trouble shoot and optimize product usage to current clients.

  • Provide guidance in the correct/optimal use of all functional aspects of the CRD OMS product

  • Provide technical support to assist sales with prospective clients and Implementation Managers with new clients as they are being implemented.

  • Apply your financial experience to customer situations and issues to promote best practices with regard to the use of the CRD OMS system.

 


Requirements:



  • Detailed knowledge of domestic and international Equity and/or Fixed Income trading workflows.

  • Firm understanding of Fixed Income/Equity securities.

  • Understanding of US and non-US securities and market structures.

  • Hands-on knowledge of financial software including Reuters and Bloomberg nice to have.

  • Strong financial analytical skills.

 


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 6 years Financial/Software Services industry background, securities industry a plus.

  • Broad knowledge of investment management applications. A background in portfolio management and trading system applications is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.

  • Prior support experience a plus (internal or external)

  • CFA is a plus.

  • BA or Higher Degree Required
