About the Job

Pyramid Services, Inc. anticipates successfully competing for the Base Operations Multifunction Services Contract (BASOPS) at United States Army Installation Fort Huachuca located in Sierra Vista, AZ.  In anticipation of this, we are soliciting resumes from qualified individuals possessing skills and experience relevant to this contract as well as the following specific positions:


 


·         Program Manager


o   Responsible for all site activities and contractor personnel including Logistics, Transportation, Motor Pool O&M, and Hazardous Material Program.


·         Assistant Program Manager


o   Supervises day to day operations of Directorate of Logistics Base Operations Support Contract. 


·         Quality Control/Safety Manager


o   Provides oversight and management of Quality Control and Safety Programs for the Directorate of Logistics Base Operations Support Contract.


·         Supply Manager


o   Oversee and manage Supply operations including central warehouse, ammunition supply, troop issue commodity management, POL and HAZMAT center


·         Transportation Manager


o   Oversee and manage Traffic Management Office to include services to effect movement of personnel and personal property, arranging ports of call and preparing travel documents, classifying and shipping/receiving of freight, supplies and equipment to support installation and assigned units.


·         Maintenance Manager


o   Oversee and manage Transportation Motor Pool including dispatching and maintaining GSA vehicle fleet, administering drivers license testing and licensing station, operating a Post bus service.


·         HAZMAT Manager


o   Oversee and manage HAZMAT center.


·         Business/Finance Manager


o   Oversee and manage accounting, budgeting and estimating effort associated with the contract.


·         Property Administrator


o   Oversee and Manage Government Furnished Property accountability.
