This position will grow fuel sales and gross margin to meet quota for assigned territory. The person will be expected to organize, manage, and develop a relationship with customers in their territory. They will gain knowledge of industry, products and services. This position will represent and communicate Lube-Tech products, services, policies, procedures, and programs to the customer.
Principal Duties of this position:
Essential Functions:
· Function within the guidelines of the Lube-Tech “Team Ground Rules” and Mission Statement
· Meet sales and profit objectives
· Develop call schedule for territory
· Attend and participate in sales and training meetings
· Develop relationships with customers
· Organize and efficiently manage sales territory
· Implement company policies and initiatives
· Work with supplier representatives
· Provide technical information to customers
· Assist with credit collections
· Secure and document competitive information
· Continued product and general skills education
· Submit all required reports and information in a timely manner
· Work with all company personnel in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork

This is a revenue generating position that interacts daily with customers and a variety of employees. A strong sense of organization is required.
High School Degree or GED required
Bachelors Degree preferred
Related industry experience preferred
· Experience in selling industrial, automotive, and/or fleet/fuels products
· Travel required: Travel required as necessary to perform job.
