Position Responsibilities: - Demonstrates a thorough understanding of fulfillment processes and systems used to execute
- Run data queries and analyze data extracts on a daily basis
- Triage daily production items
- Research and resolve common fulfillment errors, data discrepancies, document errors and issues
- Support business analysis, data mapping and data validation reflected in documents
- Execute testing for assigned deliverables; identify and document test defects, document quality issues and communicate defects to assure resolution
- Establish and maintain quality production reporting and statistics; effectively gather and analyze data and presents results and trends
- Monitor project dates and meet individual deliverables as well as support other team members to ensure order quality/accuracy goals are met
- Escalates issues to management for support and/or guidance
- Collaborate on problem resolution, quality strategies and production processes
- Create policies and procedure documentation on new tasks or processes
- Conduct training meetings on new P&Ps as needed
- Provides project coordination support on ad-hoc mailing initiatives as needed

Qualifications: - BA/BS degree is required
- Previous experience working in a production environment is required; preferably in the Healthcare insurance industry
- Fulfillment print production and materials knowledge is required
- MS Word and Excel experience is required
- Fulfillment processing on the GPS Enrollment/Fulfillment systems is preferred
- Experience with development and writing of policy and procedures is preferred
- Access experience is preferred
- Project coordination/management experience is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively is a must
- Ability to effectively create and present data findings is needed
- Knowledge of fulfillment processes is preferred
