The position is working for a family investment business as bookkeeper and administrative assistant. Strong verifiable references are required and prior long-term business experience is desirable. Polished and confident telephone communication skills are a plus. Being organized and able to work by one’s self are necessary abilities.
Being computer proficient in QUICKEN, WORD, EXCEL and MACINTOSH OPERATING SYSTEM is mandatory. Office hours are 9 to 5 Monday through Thursdays and 9 to 4 on Fridays. The office is located on West 73rd Street. Salary is commensurate with your prior work experience. The ability to be BONDED and to accept a position quickly is helpful.
