We are currently looking for a motivated full/charge bookkeeper working at our comfortable/casual office in Pomona, CA.
Job Description
The staff accountant is responsible for the following duties:
- Daily order entry and processing;
- Posting accounting entries for AP and AR;
- Reconciling credit card transactions according to merchant bank statements;
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial statements;
- Reconciling General Ledger accounts, and Researching variances and discrepancies on those accounts;
- Prepare monthly financial report for management review;
- General office and customer service works.
Job Experience & Qualification
- Must be at least completing accounting related courses;
- 1+ years working experience is required;
- Having SAP experience is a big plus, but training to non-SAP users will be provided;
- Must know Excel and Quickbooks very well; typing 50+ WPM with ACCURATY;
- Strong Organizational skills;
- Detail-oriented and self motivated;
- Be able to work with various levels of management and meet deadlines;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Bilingual language such as Spanish and Chinese is a plus.
