This position does require that you meet the eligibility requirements to become federally licensed. Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

*Manintenance of general ledger accounts and analyses

*Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, and Account Reconciliation

*Journal entries and accruals

*Profitability analyses

*Bank and Credit card reconciliations

*Invoicing and billing

*Cash flow analysis

*Compilation of state sales and use tax returns

*Budgeting & Forecasting

*Monthly financial statements and reports

*Vendor and customer resolutions

*Payroll & payroll taxes

*Human resources functions

Experience with Excel is a must. Experience with Quickbooks is a plus. Bachelors' Degree in Accounting preferred, but will consider other candidates with proper qualifications.
