Job Description: Family owned distribution based company is seeking an experienced Full Change Bookkeeper. Looking for someone with accounting background ideally in a distribution field and experience working on QuickBooks software. Will be handling all accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciling bank accounts, and doing full scope payroll (940's & 941's). Will be responsible for managing office functions as well. Employer is very family oriented so they need someone who can not only work on a team but also be a self starter and work independently. Qualified candidate must have at least 4-6 years experience with payables, receivables and payroll along with having an intermediate understanding of QuickBooks 2008.
