Our client, a professional services firm servicing high net worth individual is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join their mid-town office.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for multi-company books
- Perform general bookkeeping duties such as AR/AP
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Process quarterly and monthly financial reports for clients
- Respond to client questions and requests
- Process checks daily via Quickbooks
- Responsible for client payroll & 401k and other benefit updates such as medical & dental
- Handle various write up clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Bookkeeping experience
- Experience servicing clients or in a multi entity environment is a must
- Strong communication skill
- Strong writing skills a must
- CPA firm bookkeeping experience a plus
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to work independently a must
- Quickbooks experience
- Exposure to tax returns
