Full-Service Restaurant Needs Experienced Assistant Manager
Qualified, experienced FULL SERVICE Restaurant Manager needed for FULL SERVICE restaurant in the St. George, Utah area.
Candidate must be able to lead and be led, have a minimum of 2-4 years' experiences as RESTAURANT MANAGER with a FULL-SERVICE restaurant concept.
Must have strong P&L, inventory, Food/Labor Cost, store goals, and financial knowledge and experience. Must be able to manage with a very hands-on style, be a strong team builder, and be able to drive the bottom line. Must have leadership skills, but check your ego at the door and promote a team environment. Opportunities from growth within the company available for a strong KM, who will prove their talents with the company.
