Full-Stack Developer

Columbus, OH

3month Contract to Hire

$75-$90k (DOE)




The full-stack developer is responsible for translating technical ideas into actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. As the fullstack developer, you will work with Product Owners, and QA teams to implement new functionality on different platforms. You will also be responsible for test driven development and paired programming with more junior developers. The ideal background is a developer heavy with front-end experience (HTML, CSS and React JS), C#/ASP.NET and SQL Server




Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience using web markup languages, including HTML and CSS in a professional setting
  • Exposure to client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, like jQuery, AngularJS and ReactJS
  • Understanding of Agile methodology
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years' experience with object-oriented programming, preferably with C# and ASP.NET
  • Proficiency with code versioning tools, such as GIT, TFS and Subversion
  • Must be excited about learning new technologies




Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features for web, mobile and desktop applications
  • Perform test-driven development and paired programming with senior and junior counterparts
  • Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
