Tuesday Morning, a growing retail chain that specializes in selling deeply discounted upscale home accessories and gifts has an opening for a Market.
We are currently seeking a candidates for our store in the Austin,TX area for the below position.
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER ( Must be over 21 yrs. old)
In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is in sole charge of the store and is accountable for its day-to-day operation of the store; Provides work direction; Assists with employee training;Interviews applicants and makes recommendations to the manager; Handles
employee and customer complaints and ensure compliance of corporate directives, policies and procedures.
Requirements
Candidates must have:
Strong initiative, enthusiasm, problem-solving skills and a
positive commitment to customer service
At least 1 year 'RECENT' retail management experience.
Must be Flexible and able to lift up to 50lbs.
