COMPENSATION:
Our Inside Sales Executives start with base pay during initial 2 weeks, then true commissions thereafter. Though typical earnings during first 12 months range are 5-figures, our Sales staff with over 1 year experience average six-figure incomes, as do our top first-year individuals. Additional spiffs include generous rewards for high producers such as paid Hawaii vacations, event tickets, popular high-end entertainment products, cash, etc.

EARNING POTENTIAL & UPWARD MOBILITY:

Our top rookie in 2008 (1^st full year with the company), earned $220K + $18K in cash/gift bonuses + a 1 week trip to Hawaii valued at approximately $10K! If you are ambitious and interested in upward mobility, the supervisors of Inside Sales Executives are the Assistant Team Leaders (ATL) & Team Leaders (TL). TLs lead teams of 4 to 8 Sales Executives, Our ATL’s and TL’s are currently earning $120k to $400k+ annually.
