Provide Hospice care the way it was meant to be provided.  A Circle of Caring at Hospice of the Good Shepherd (HGS) is seeking a full-time RN Case Manager.  HGS is a free standing, non-profit, community based hospice that has remained true to founding principles of Hospice Care since its founding 31 years ago.  Our RN case managers experience a lower case-load than the national and regional averages, allowing them to focus their attention on patients and families.  HGS is looking for a candidate with hospice experience and the ability to participate meaningfully as a part of our hospice team.  HGS offers highly competitive compensation and a generous benefit package.
