Christmas Tree Shops, is opening a new store in Bridgewater, NJ in early 2010. Specifically we are seeking an Hourly, Full Time, Office Coordinator in our new store coming to Bridgewater. The person filling the position will be required to train in an existing Christmas Tree Shops store a period of a few weeks. The company will reimburse mileage, meals, and tolls for travel incurred during training above and beyond the normal commute to Bridgewater. Office Coordinator responsibilities include: · Preparing required new hire, personnel action, and benefits paperwork: inputting of applicable associate information into the company HRIS system. · Supporting store level staffing activities, maintaining hiring sign and table, scheduling coordinating applicant interviews, reviewing submitted applications, and completing reference checks. · Maintaining associate personnel files in accordance with company policy; upholding record keeping and data security requirements: maintaining strict confidentiality of associates personal and business information. · Tracking and recording timekeeping compliance (via Kronos Timekeeping System),attendance, work schedules, vacations/time off, associate training, performance evaluations, and other administrative processes as needed. · Organizing and straightening of merchandise areas: replenishing shelf stock from overhead valences and display shelves, cashier, customer service, and cash office support. · Supporting and responding to associates in a courteous, professional, respectful, and confidential manner.
