We are currently seekingĀ Full-Time Member Service Representatives who possess a high level of professionalism and experience in customer service and sales at ourĀ branch in Fond du Lac, WI.

Member Service Representative:
Serve as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Responsible for providing accurate account information and professionally handling members' daily credit union needs. Provide a variety of transaction services for members, including but not limited to: proper receiving and handling of deposits, checks and payments, processing withdrawals and cashing checks for members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Process member transactions.
Control Teller Drawer.
Assist member with routine problems and questions.

Requirements:
Provide exceptional customer service to our members.
Abide by all applicable Marine Credit Union policies and procedures.
Abide by all applicable rules and regulations.
Knowledge of loan payments, cash transactions, money orders and traveler's checks.
Customer Service and sales experience preferred.
