- Stafford Healthcare is a 165 bed Medicare Certified CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community) with an inpatient sub acute center, assisted-living, and independent living.
- State of the art rehab equipment and online documentation system
- In & outpatient programs
- Team currently consists of the following full-time staff 2 PTs, 2 PTAs, 2 OTs, 2 COTAs, & 1 Rehab Aide for transporting and treatment assistance.
- Therapy department focuses on a variety of programs including stroke recovery, orthopedic rehab, contracture management, cognitive retraining, and prosthetic/orthotic training.
- A long term care company based out of Portland, OR that owns and operates long-term care facilities primarily in the North West
- Single Owner who is a Nursing Home administrator by trade
- We are a “promote from within” Company with a rehab director training program as well as a regional management training program.
